WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IF A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM ARISES?

A. FIRST TAKE NOTE OF THE IMMEDIACY AND TYPE OF PROBLEM
   i.e. MAJOR EMERGENCY OR A MINOR PREVENTIVE.

B. AREA OF PROBLEM

C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM

D. CONTACT VITCO TO REPORT PROBLEM.

E. GIVE NAME OF YOUR ASSOCIATION, YOUR NAME, DAY, TIME, 
      PHONE NUMBER AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM.

 

CALLS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE SOME SENSE OF URGENCY WILL BE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY IF POSSIBLE, OR THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

CALLS DEPEND ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE PROBLEM, AND REQUIRED BIDS (NOTE-RETRIEVING BIDS ARE THE NORM).

EMERGENCY CALLS ARE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY. THEY TAKE PRECEDENCE AND PRIORITY.

IF A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM OCCURS DURING THE WEEKEND OR AFTER BUSINESS HOURS AND IS URGENT, PLEASE CALL
