i.e. MAJOR EMERGENCY OR A MINOR PREVENTIVE.

D. CONTACT
VITCO TO REPORT PROBLEM.
E. GIVE NAME
OF YOUR ASSOCIATION, YOUR NAME, DAY, TIME,
PHONE NUMBER AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM.
CALLS THAT DO
NOT REQUIRE SOME SENSE OF URGENCY WILL BE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY IF
POSSIBLE, OR THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
CALLS DEPEND
ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE PROBLEM, AND REQUIRED BIDS (NOTE-RETRIEVING
BIDS ARE THE NORM).
EMERGENCY
CALLS ARE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY. THEY TAKE PRECEDENCE AND PRIORITY.

HOURS AND IS URGENT, PLEASE CALL
